Meet Sarah & Travis

Sarah and Travis feel like the kind of people you’d genuinely want to sit on a patio with for a long dinner. They are warm, grounded, funny, and deeply devoted to family. Most nights in their house involve music playing, their son, Oliver, dancing through the kitchen, and someone attempting a new recipe. Lately, it’s been a lot of Shaboozy, Ben Rector, Imagine Dragons, homemade sourdough experiments, cake decorating, and a strong appreciation for  giant soft pretzels.

At home in Ohio, life is cozy, fun, and full of love. Sarah is an occupational therapist who works part time in an inpatient hospital helping patients recover from brain and spinal cord injuries. The rest of her week is spent with Oliver, baking elaborate birthday cakes for friends and family, and soaking up family time. Travis works from home as a software consultant and has the flexibility to be deeply involved in day-to-day family life, including coaching Oliver’s new t-ball team.

They share their home with a very fat cat named Louie, who has quietly become Oliver’s best buddy.

But underneath all of the laughter and warmth is a family that has walked through deep heartbreak.

After welcoming Oliver in 2020, Sarah and Travis dreamed of growing their family again. Instead, the next several years brought five devastating pregnancy losses. Despite the grief, one thing has never changed: the love this family has to give. They still picture another child at their table. And now, they are looking for a surrogate who might be willing to help make that dream possible.

Sarah and Travis know surrogacy requires extraordinary compassion, trust, and sacrifice. They are approaching this journey with gratitude, humility, and genuine excitement to build a meaningful relationship with the woman who helps complete their family story.
