A Love Story Rooted in Hope
Before meeting her husband, Erica faced a life-altering cancer diagnosis that forever changed her life and fertility. After months of facing cancer alone in COVID isolation, Erica received the call she had been praying for — she was cancer-free. Incredibly, later that same day, Erica and George would meet for the first time. As fate will have it, a day that began with relief and gratitude would lead to an immediate spark that quickly blossomed into the deep and lasting love they share today. While they knew their journey would be different, the miracle of their meeting only strengthened their belief that Life has a beautiful plan — one that would eventually bless them with a family.
Our Life Together
Erica and George live with their sassy 6 year old Shih Poo, “Tillie Bean”, who may rule the household but can’t wait to be a big sister. As a yoga instructor with a flexible schedule, Erica can’t wait to add “mom” to her title, while George balances his career in financial services with some entrepreneurial pursuits. Their most special moments are spent together on family dog walks, attending concerts, or enjoying a home cooked meal and “movie night” (with George as an enthusiastic taste tester to some of Erica’s famous shrimp tacos!).

Erica and George approach surrogacy with immense gratitude and respect, knowing it takes an extraordinary woman to help create their family. They dream of building a genuine and lasting friendship with this individual — one that shares in all milestones, appointments, and the joy of bringing new life into the world together.
