We are thrilled to hopefully expand our family with the help of a surrogate! I am an attorney who is established and owns my own firm, and Ray is an engineer (and a foodie). We both have flexible work dynamics that allow us to adjust our schedules around family time, which we cherish deeply.
Our family loves to go on cruises, creating wonderful memories together on the open sea (check out our uploaded pictures!). Living in Orlando, we also enjoy visiting theme parks and hold yearly passes to SeaWorld, Aquatica, Crayola Experience, and the Orlando Science Center. We enjoy fun adventures, such as ‘climbing’ waterfalls, exploring caves in a walking tour (safely), going to the beach, swimming in our pool, playing games, or creating forts (our older son is a big fan of this).
We have two wonderful boys: our six-year-old, who is starting first grade in August 2024 and loves being a big brother, and our almost one-year-old baby. He will love being a big brother too once we have a new addition. We both have large extended families who are supportive and loving. My mother also lives nearby and helps with the boys as a family unit.
My two pregnancies resulted in pre-eclampsia and extreme high blood pressure during the last delivery. Due to these health risks and the recovery from my second c-section, we are seeking a surrogate to (safely) grow our family.
This is our first journey into surrogacy, and we are excited about the potential to build a lasting friendship with our surrogate should the surrogate wish to do so. We are open to staying in touch after delivery with updates, pictures, and texts.
We believe that the right match will feel natural for both our surrogate and our family. We value open communication, similar values, and a smooth logistical process. Life can be stressful, but we trust that the right surrogate will find us as the right match, and it will be an enjoyable journey together.
