Bob is a very genuine and caring man who has always wanted children for as long as he can remember. He lives in a small town in Kansas …the kind of place where kids still ride bikes and play outside until it gets dark. He is very close to his family and friends in his tight-knit, family friendly community. His mom lives in the same small town and can’t wait to be able to spoil her grandchild.
Like others, Bob has reached a point in his life where he wants to make his dream of becoming a father a reality. He has always loved children and, at one point in his life, he was even fortunate enough to be a step-parent to three amazing kids. However, as it happens sometimes, his marriage did not work out, and the loss of his step-children was heartbreaking. However, this made it clear that being a parent is the most important thing in his life right now, so Bob has turned to surrogacy to help make his dream a reality.
Bob has been a teacher and coach in the same small high school for 15 years. Prior to teaching, he was an attorney and still practices on occasion when the opportunity presents itself. One of the great benefits of being a teacher is that Bob can have summers off, and he is excited about the possibility of spending a great deal of Daddy/Daughter or Daddy/Son time with his baby.
Bob loves to run and work out. He is also a big believer in staying healthy mentally and physically. He has coached youth basketball and football leagues in the past, and is currently learning Spanish. Bob loves Mexican food and pizza is another favorite.
Bob says, “While I may not be what most people picture when they think of a “family”, I have always believed a “family” comes in many different forms. While I hope one day to be married again, my wish to be a Dad is the most important thing in my life right now. For as long as I can remember, I have dreamed of raising a child (or children) and I realize time is running out for me. I honestly cannot picture living the rest of my life without a child to call my own.”
