Our Journey to Parenthood: A Message from Chloe and Ross
Hello!
First off, thank you so much for considering us for your gestational carrier journey. This would be our first child, and if you are as excited as we are, that’s a great start!
Who We Are
We are Chloe and Ross. We met in Dallas in 2018 through mutual friends, and the rest is history! We currently live in Austin, TX, with our sweet Corgi, Simone, who has a lot of personality.
A bit about us: we live a healthy lifestyle, focusing on diet and exercise. We hit the gym together twice a week to stay in shape. Ross enjoys kickboxing and loves to run, while Chloe finds joy in yoga, Pilates, and pickleball. We love exploring our favorite restaurants around town, including sushi, Vietnamese, Thai, and Italian. Movie nights are a regular treat for us, with action and comedy being our go-to genres. We also enjoy hiking the beautiful trails in Austin with Simone, soaking in nature as much as possible. Whenever we have the time and budget, we love to travel both within the U.S. and internationally.
Our Journey So Far
We had every intention of conceiving naturally, but then we received some devastating news. Chloe has struggled with severe fibroid issues for over 15 years and has undergone two major surgeries to remove over 100 fibroids. Unfortunately, these procedures left her uterus with tumors scattered throughout, making it unsafe for her to carry a pregnancy. Despite our earnest attempt at an embryo transfer, the outcome was a heartbreaking disappointment. Doctors advised against trying again, which was incredibly tough for us.
During this time of despair, we were guided toward the possibility of partnering with a gestational carrier to fulfill our hopes and dreams of having a child. Surrogacy has become our lifeline to parenthood, and it’s our top priority to welcome a child into the world, ensuring they have a loving set of parents who care for them deeply.
