Lauren has found no greater joy than bringing people together and helping create happy families. With a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Georgia, she combines professional knowledge with deeply personal experience. 

After a late pregnancy loss, Lauren was fortunate to go on to have her rainbow baby—but the experience left a lasting impact. Wanting to support others on their journey to parenthood, she became a surrogate through Egg Donor and Surrogate Solutions, where she carried twins. She loved the experience (aside from the shots!) and knew she wanted to help others experience the same joy. 

Since joining the team in 2010, Lauren has held numerous roles within the company, including leadership positions, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the surrogacy journey from every angle. She has since chosen to focus her work more directly on what she finds most meaningful—making great matches as a Surrogacy Matching Specialist. In this role, she is dedicated to guiding intended parents and surrogates, building strong connections, and supporting each relationship from the very beginning. 

She feels truly grateful to be part of such meaningful work and to play a role in helping families grow. 

When she’s not working, Lauren enjoys making the most of her free time now that her sons are grown. You can often find her walking her black lab while listening to podcasts, working out, practicing yoga, reading, trying new restaurants, or planning her next travel adventure.
