If there is one thing our fertility journey has taught us, it is that hope can be stubborn in the best possible way. We are Molly and Kris from Los Angeles, living a life full of sunshine, good food, with our French bulldog, Frankie who somehow convinces everyone she is the main character.
When we are not hanging out with Frankie, you can find us hiking in Malibu, grabbing dim sum at Din Tai Fung, or hosting board game nights that get surprisingly competitive for two adults with otherwise calm demeanors. We love discovering new coffee spots, baking (my cinnamon buns have a reputation), cheering for Kris’s favorite Premier League team, and cooking together. Our house is often full of music, laughter, and friends who have become family.
After years of trying to grow our family, we are pursuing surrogacy with full hearts. And while every relationship between intended parents and a surrogate is unique, we imagine something warm and easy. We love staying connected, whether with a quick text, a FaceTime after an appointment, or joining for milestones like hearing the first heartbeat if you feel comfortable. The goal is simple. Honest communication that feels natural, never heavy and staying in touch afterward to share all the fun milestones that you helped make possible.
We both work remotely often, which means we can be present throughout the process. Our families, both local and across the world in Norway, are fully cheering us on. Our future child will grow up surrounded by warmth, humor, music of every genre (with some extra Taylor Swift), and a whole lot of love.
Most of all, we want you to know how deeply we respect the heart it takes to even consider becoming a surrogate. If our story feels like one you would like to be part of, we would be honored to share this journey with you.
