Meet Ben and Brianne from Connecticut!
Ben works in finance & Brianne runs a college admissions consulting firm and moonlights as a mystery writer. They love reading, hiking, playing board games & pickleball.
Brianne loves to swim and occasionally participates in triathlons. She’s also involved in several book clubs (she can’t get enough and each has something special to offer) and writing organizations. She considers writing both a hustle and a hobby.
Ben loves to mountain bike and play tennis. He’s a big European soccer fan (he’s from France—his team is Marseille), loves baseball (particularly the stats), the LA Dodgers, and is huge fan of F1.
Their ideal Sunday would be a long walk or hike in the morning with their two dogs followed by homemade pumpkin pancakes. Then getting together with friends or family. Every good evening is capped with an episode of Ted Lasso, The Office, Only Murders in the Building, or (during the holidays and only when Brianne has the remote) a Hallmark Channel movie.
Their relationship is the priority in their lives, and their community is incredibly important to them. They grew up in close knit families & would like to continue that for their children. They have two dogs, Sophie & Enid who absolute bundles of joy & they are patiently anticipating their human sibling as well.
Their road to parenthood has been challenging, with Brianne enduring medical difficulties, including fibroids, five myomectomies, multiple IVF rounds, a failed transfer, a miscarriage, and ultimately, a hysterectomy. With surrogacy as their only option, they are now hoping to find the right person to help them fulfill their dream of becoming parents.
