Finding the right Egg Donor is a deeply personal decision. Our team provides transparent guidance, emotional support, and clear communication so you can move forward with confidence and care.
Egg donation is a safe, well-established process that helps individuals and couples achieve parenthood. Our role is to ensure every step feels clear, organized, and fully supported.
With 18 years of experience and hundreds of families served, our team focuses on ethics and education to make the path to finding your donor as simple and transparent as possible.
Egg donation involves using a donor’s eggs fertilized by sperm from the intended parent or donor to create embryos through IVF. These embryos are then transferred to the intended mother or a gestational surrogate.
Our experienced team coordinates every part of this process, from medical screenings to legal agreements, ensuring everything is handled with transparency and trust.

From the moment I applied through the “4th trimester”, the entire team at ED & SS has been so helpful, inspiring, and motivating. I would recommend ED & SS to anyone who is considering being a surrogate.
Working with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions was one of the best decisions we ever made. We had the privilege of partnering with them for two surrogacy experiences, and thanks to their incredible team, we now have two beautiful children
Being an egg donor with Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Everyone I dealt with was kind, informative, and they were there for all of my needs. The whole process was explained thoroughly, and it all moved along smoothly. I would highly recommend using this agency. I am so lucky to have been able to be part of their program.
(Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions) were with me every step of the way, and all their team is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they truly care about you and helping create the happy family you’re dreaming of.
One thing this agency did that really stands out is their matching process. They matched us with a surrogate that shared the same sense of humor, beliefs, and she will be a friend to our family for life. We have two beautiful kids thanks to Surrogate Solutions, and we cannot thank them enough!
At Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, 91% of our Intended Parents retrieve 14 or more eggs. After PGT-A testing, our families have an average of 6 normal embryos. Learn more here.

We are diligent to keep our database current and up to date. If you see her, you can be assured we have spoken to her in the last 4-6 months and her profile is up to date based on that most recent contact. Due to the possibility of life changes, we will confirm your selected Egg Donor’s availability before matching.
Please reach out to our matching team with the specific information you would like us to gather. We can request additional photos, a video (if she is comfortable with it), or provide clarity on a question she answered.
You can request a 3-day hold so you can process your decision without the fear of someone else selecting her. Please email Match@CreateAHappyFamily.com. This request must be made via email and please include the Egg Donor number and specify that you are requesting a 3-day hold. You will receive an email confirmation in return.
Please reach out to the matching team and we will be happy to assist by providing recommendations of quality Egg Donors that could be a great fit for your family.
No, cycles are not anonymous. Due to facial recognition technology and readily accessible DNA testing, anonymous donation is no longer achievable, and we aim to dispel that misconception.
As an agency, we typically facilitate Unidentified Egg Donor Cycles (contact or identifying information is not exchanged). However, it is becoming increasingly common that future contact with the Egg Donor is requested by Intended Parents and/or the Donor Conceived Child for questions and medical information. Because of this, we require each Direct Egg Donor Agreement to include registration on DCPData, the Donor Sibling Registry, or similar program as an acceptable way to communicate in the future although we do not require parties to sign up at a particular point.
In response to feedback from past Intended Parents and industry professionals, we launched our Known/Identified Egg Donor Program in 2023 to promote transparency and support the future Donor Conceived Child.
To learn more about the different types of egg donation cycles we facilitate, watch this short video.
An unidentified cycle with “ID Release” designation requires an Egg Donor to be willing to share their name, basic contact information, and updated medical history, if requested, to a donor-conceived child at the age of 18. The request for ID Release will be outlined in your Egg Donor Agency Agreement.
*Please note as of January 2025, if you are completing an egg donation cycle where the primary clinic is located in the state of Colorado, there will be mandatory ID Release for that cycle. Click here to review Colorado’s Intended Parent Education documents.
In an Identified/Known Cycle, Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions will release the intended parent’s and the Egg Donor’s full legal names after the Donor Preliminary Medical Screening as well as complete a joint session with a licensed mental health professional via an online platform. Upon a live birth, agreed-upon contact information will be released to each party, the Egg Donor’s DOB will be released, and all parties will be encouraged to sign up for DCPData, the Donor Sibling Registry, or a similar program.
In an Unidentified Cycle, Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions will not release contact information, but DCPData, the Donor Sibling Registry, or a similar program is still required to be included as an acceptable form of communication in your contract.

Over 80% of our Egg Donors are willing to travel to you and approximately 50% of the cycles we facilitate involve a traveling Egg Donor. It is an investment financially, but our team is very experienced and will work with your clinic and the Egg Donor to make it happen. It’s a seamless process. We coordinate, so you don’t have to worry!
SeedTrust is an independent and neutral third-party escrow company that specializes in surrogacy and egg donor escrow services. Escrow companies hold the funds, manage all payments, and help keep account of all the financial aspects of the journey.
Using a third party to manage your escrow account protects the money, makes managing the money and payments easy, and reduces financial stress until the egg donation journey is complete. Intended Parents and their Egg Donors benefit from SeedTrust’s meticulous record keeping, open communication, and full transparency with their 24/7 online systems and notifications throughout the egg donation process.
A professional egg donor escrow company like SeedTrust protects your funds against loss, misuse, or corruption. SeedTrust client funds are fully insured with a $40 million bond, and escrow funds are secured by a $2 million general liability policy, a $1 million Errors & Omissions policy, and a $1 million Cyber Incident Protection policy. In addition, all client funds are held in an attorney-managed trust account to reduce risk further, given the oversite.
To hear from President and CEO of SeedTrust, Adam Winder, listen to this episode of our Create A Happy Family Podcast.
Please note: While SeedTrust is our recommended escrow provider, Intended Parents are not required to use their services. However, a third-party escrow company must be utilized for the Egg Donor cycle, and it must be approved by Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions before the cycle begins.
Cycles typically range from 20K-30K. The total fee is dependent upon if your Egg Donor is a first-time donor or proven donor, and if she is local or will need to travel to your fertility clinic. We are open and transparent with our fees and are happy to provide a detailed fee estimate for a specific Egg Donor before an official match.
Read more about our Egg Donor Program Fees here.
Please note: This does not include the fees you will pay to your fertility clinic and/or for your Egg Donor’s medications.
We understand this process is a financial investment and have had previous clients utilize Prosper Healthcare Lending & Future Family as a financing option. Please note: Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions is not affiliated with or endorsed by either of these companies.
Alternatively, some clients have utilized a relationship with a bank or credit union to secure a loan and others have made the decision to re-finance their homes to access equity to fund their family building.
We also encourage you to inquire with your fertility clinic regarding financial partnerships.
We encourage you to still reach out to our office. We can usually give you a rough estimate of when her current cycle should be completed. You can always match with a Egg Donor while she is in cycle to ensure you have secured her for the next cycle. Of course, if something comes up and she chooses not to donate, or your clinic does not approve her after her cycle is complete, you are not obligated to move forward with her. Your deposit is transferable or refundable.
Our matching team will send all parties an agency agreement to complete. Once all paperwork is signed and funding is received, we will send the Egg Donor for an AMH at no cost to you. The AMH results will be sent to your clinic to schedule the donor’s initial visit where your physician will medically screen your Egg Donor. If at any point in the process she is not able to move forward due to a medical reason, your deposit is transferable or refundable.

Yes, we want you 100% comfortable with your Egg Donor choice. We are happy to send previous cycle records and/or the profile at no cost for your clinic to review and give you their opinion prior to an official match.
We offer the option to meet your Egg Donor via a Zoom call after you have completed our agency agreement and your initial funds have been received. This call typically lasts 15 minutes and gives you the opportunity to learn more about your Egg Donor, including her background and reasons for choosing to donate. You can select this option under our Unidentified Program; however, we ask that you do not share names or other personal contact information.
We are an added resource through this Egg Donor process.
At ED & SS, our role is to guide and support you and your Egg Donor to provide a fulfilling experience. We will provide clear education on all aspects of the process, problem solve when needed, ensure everyone is receiving information and communication, and provide any support resources needed. We will hold your donor accountable and on schedule, follow up with all parties to maintain continuous movement through the appropriate stages, facilitate the psychological assessment & genetic consultation, locate and manage monitoring appointments, manage all travel and cycle coordination, facilitate legal contracts, purchase insurance for your Egg Donor, and simply do everything in our power to make this experience rewarding for you both.
From match to retrieval, the process typically takes about 4-5 months, depending on your clinic’s schedule. This timeline allows for the Egg Donor’s testing and screening, completion of legal contracts, and the medication regimen required to prepare for the egg retrieval procedure.
If you will also be using a Surrogate to build your family, the first step is to choose your Egg Donor and create embryos so that there are no delays once you have secured a surrogate. Our Surrogacy Program requires intended parents to have embryos in order to be matched with a surrogate and many other agencies prefer that as well. You are, however, absolutely able to begin the surrogacy application process with us at this time. You will just not be able to be matched until you have created your embryo(s).
Surrogacy is more than medical. It’s deeply spiritual. And discerning a call to carry (or to let someone carry for you) isn’t always easy. Whether you’re pursuing surrogacy, preparing to carry for someone else, or just navigating unfamiliar terrain, you’re not alone. Called to Carry is a 14-day devotional for women of faith walking through the sacred, complex, and often hidden journey of surrogacy. Get your free copy today.
