Katie was drawn to Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions because of the heart behind the work—helping people navigate something so meaningful with compassion, clarity, and care. She knew she wanted to be part of a team that makes such a big impact in people’s lives.

Although new to the field, Katie loves that every day is centered around people. Whether she’s supporting intended parents or egg donors, she values the uniqueness of each story and journey. In her role, Katie helps guide and support families through one of the most important experiences of their lives, making sure they feel seen, heard, and cared for every step of the way. Her passion is helping simplify the process so families can feel confident as they move forward.

Before joining ED&SS, Katie worked as a teacher, coach, and entrepreneur—roles that reflect her natural love for connecting with and encouraging others. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael, and their three daughters, Ruby, Maggie, and Josie. Together, they love making new memories as a family.
