After nearly two decades of leadership in the local church and youth and family non-profit sector, Daniel was ready for a new challenge—one that would allow him to grow his creative and operational skills while continuing to make a meaningful difference. He found that opportunity at Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions, where he leads the Marketing team to help further the mission of creating happy families. 

What Daniel loves most about this industry is the ability to offer hope to individuals and families navigating challenging paths to parenthood. He obtained his Master of Arts in Leadership at Wesley Seminary in 2011 and has a background in theatre, dance, and visual arts. Daniel is grateful to be able to use his creative and technical talents to bring clarity and alignment to both clients and the company’s mission. 

Outside of work, his greatest joy comes from parenting his two daughters, Emmy and Elle, who are both dancers at the Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing & Visual Arts in Dallas. Daniel loves spending quality time with them, scouting out new boba tea spots, brunching with friends, and occasionally taking a dance class himself.
