Crystal joins the Egg Donor & Surrogate Solutions team as our Surrogacy Matching & Education Director, Head of Client Content Development. Her own surrogacy journey brought her and her husband, Tom, their daughter, Story, in 2024. Drawn to ED&SS for its ethical standards, clear communication, and emphasis on healthy relationships, Crystal now helps intended parents navigate the complexities of surrogacy with clarity, education, and community support.

A lifelong educator, Crystal is passionate about empowering families with the knowledge they need to feel confident throughout their journey. She believes surrogacy is not only a miracle of science but also a testament to human compassion. Her deep gratitude for her own surrogate (who is now a dear friend) fuels her dedication to helping others. Crystal often shares, “Every day of my life, for the rest of my life, is better because of her.”

Crystal lives in Atlanta with her husband, Tom, and their daughter, Story. As a family, they cherish their time together, enjoying traveling and creating lasting memories. They also hold close the memory of Story’s big sister, Everly, whose life continues to inspire love and gratitude in all they do.
