Kallie has been a part of the Egg Donation industry since 2014 and started working with our Surrogate Program in 2021. Kallie is a member of our Senior Leadership Team and focuses her efforts on our coordination teams, providing educational opportunities for our team, and day-to-day operations.  Kallie has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Counseling and a Master of Science in Social Work with an emphasis on community and administrative practices. Her years of experience in case management (egg donation, adolescents, and mental health), and her strong communication and problem-solving skills give her the ability to support both Coordination teams and develop new strategies for serving our clients well.  

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her wife, Angela, and their 3 girls. She enjoys running around to everyone’s activities and/or sports events, Colorado evenings outside, and a good book!
